Gaurav Taneja, popularly recognized as ‘Flying Beast’, gained prominence by documenting his fitness transformation on his YouTube channel, ‘Fit Muscle TV’. Subsequently, he transitioned to daily vlogging, chronicling his experiences as a pilot. However, in 2020, he faced a significant setback when he lost his job, leading to a legal dispute with the airline authorities. In 2022, he enrolled in a Law program at Delhi University, but eventually decided to discontinue his studies in 2023. Presently, the famous YouTuber has ventured into farming and has created his own Rosier Foods brand.
Taneja claimed to have purchased Indian Gir cows from Gujarat and nurtured them on his farms. His objective is to provide premium food items using traditional Bharat farming methods. The ghee, prepared through the Vedic process in clay pots, is organic and manufactured on his farm. It was formally introduced on the inaugural day of Chaitra Navratri, commemorating the onset of the Hindu New Year.
Gaurav Taneja’s venture into farming
Gaurav Taneja draws significant inspiration from the ancient Indian farming practices, how they would take care of cows, milk extraction, and Ghee production using Vedic methodologies. At his farm, he produces A2 Gir Cow Ghee from freshly obtained Gir Cow Milk. As per the website, the cows are free grazed. The milk undergoes a process where it is boiled and naturally cooled to room temperature. Then, it is inoculated with a natural starter culture and left overnight to ferment into curd. The curd is then churned using the traditional bilona method.
